Shipping Info

The Company only provides shipping options to addresses on Puerto Rico and United States. If you live outside of these countries write an email to natasha@delmaryelsol.boutique or text to 9393971344.

The email or text should include the following information:

1. Full Name of the person to receive the package.

2. Mailing address, email and phone number of the person to receive the package.

3. Product name and description.

4. Quantity of each product.

5. Specify the reason of the message.

Once the Company receive the email or text, it can take from 12 to 48 hours to calculate the shipping and handling costs, depending on the day and hour of the request.

Shipping Processes are carried out within the next 12 to 72 hours of your purchase with the EXCEPTION of ALL SWIMWEAR.
All swimwear is handmade in Venezuela, as order, therefore it takes longer to arrive. 
Know Shipments are processed through USPS, once shipped the client will receive an email with the tracking number. The Company is not responsible if the email the costumer provides is incorrect and does not receive the email with the order details, tracking number or other issue regarding the order.
The Company will not be responsible for wrong or incomplete addresses provided by the customer, lost or stolen packages, delays or damages to the product or packaging caused by the weather, and any damages caused by the postal service during the handling or delivery process. The Company will not be responsible for the faithful and strict compliance with shipping dates and will not be bound by any guarantee for these purposes. 
If something of the above happens , it is appriciated by the Company that the client send an email to natasha@delmaryelsol.boutique, regarding the issue, for further internal use and evaluations.
The package will be sent to the address offered during check out.Therefore it is important the costumer review all the personal information that has being giving to the Company during check out. If, for some reason, the client wants to change the shipping information provided during check out it is IMPORTANT that the client send ONLY TEXT message to 9393971344 to change or fix any incorrect information. The message must include:
  1. Full Name on the order
  2. Order Number
  3. Detailed description of the error.
This action has to be made as soon as possible, since the processing and packaging is very fast. However, the Company is not obligated to change it if it's already packed for delivery.
